It was already official... but now it's ultra-official... construction is underway!  The tractor scraper (earthmoving equipment) began rolling early this morning and continued into the early evening, with only a brief break for an afternoon thunderstorm.  

We will be praying at Night of Prayer tonight for God's blessings upon the construction and safety for everyone involved.
